Getting started

A few simple habits make laser files easier to trust and reuse.

Check the real size first

Open the file checker to confirm the finished width and height. Use the kerf calculator only after cutting and measuring a test piece on your own machine and material.

Tell each layer what to do

Choose whether each color or layer should cut, score, engrave a line, engrave a filled area, mark alignment, or stay out of the final job.

Save work you can reopen

You can download settings, reports, and project files. Desktop opens website projects for review and never starts a machine automatically.
